Speakers from both chambers of Somaliland’s federal parliament addressed members of the public at Erigavo on Friday.
Suleiman Mohamoud Adam and Abdirizak Khalif Ahmed thanked the people of Erigavo for according them such a warm welcome.
Adam is the Speaker of the House of Elders while Ahmed is the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
They assured the people of Erigavo that they are in the region in solidarity with members of the Wersangali community.
The two speakers are in Erigavo together with President Muse Bihi Abdi.
