The Special Envoy for Drought Response has urged Somalis to help each other.
Abdirahman Abdishakur, the Special Envoy for Drought Response, made this appeal on Friday, August 19.
He spoke during the commemoration of World Humanitarian Day.
“I appeal to all Somalis to stand by our people who are most affected by the ongoing drought,” the Special Envoy urged.
“Helping one person goes a long way towards easing the burden,” he added.
