Facility for Talo and Leadership Somalia (FTL), is an independent Policy-Institute and a Training Centre, dedicated to promoting Peace, Democracy and Justice by providing, inter alia, a platform for Dialogue and Diplomacy. FTL Somalia utilizes its platform and both Local and International Experts to promote bilateral and multilateral relations between donor countries and Somalia, by providing tailored and need-based services. To offer this platform that fosters evidence-based, analytical policy solutions, FTL is improving and expanding its data repository and wants to make its data publicly available, in order to help address the multifaceted challenges facing Somalia, its partners and the diplomatic missions. To monitor and study the fluid and rapid political, security, socio-economic landscape changes, and advise stakeholders accordingly, FTL engages in three main themes of interrelated work: create and maintain a platform that enables experts to share their knowledge and contribute to the on-going reconstruction of Somalia’s embryonic institutions and capacitate institutional development. This will include targeting Somali experts, considered to be the institutional memory of the country; preserve and disseminate their knowledge with regard to, inter alia, Somali constitution making and the democratization process; utilize the platform to bring about an environment that will stimulate vivid engagement between Somali stakeholders, donors, and partners. And, to further foster its mission and objectives, FTL will support initiatives to enhance and consolidate democracy, human rights and freedom of speech and freedom of the media in particular.
To expedite its 2021-2022 work schedule, FTL is seeking for Domain Experts, Data analysts/gatherer to delivery on the ongoing analysis work pertaining to:

• Politics
• Climate
