The Transitional Puntland Electoral Commission (TPEC) has announced the dates when campaigns for municipal elections kick off officially.
On September 18, TPEC published the dates on its official website.
TPEC stated that candidates interested in these elections can start campaigning for votes from September 26 to October 22.
The campaigns would then end right on time for the local government elections, which are geared for October 25.
