Officers from the Transitional Puntland Electoral Commission (TPEC) are carrying out a mobile voter registration exercise in rural places.
Over the last few days, TPEC has been holding a fresh voter registration exercise in the regional state of Puntland.
The commission seeks to bring more people into the voter register.
