The federal Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation held a meeting with representatives of Favori LLC in Mogadishu.
The meeting between Fardowsa Osman Egal, the transport minister, and the Favori LLC delegation took place on Tuesday, September 6.
Egal said that the purpose of her meeting with the Favori LLC officials was to learn more about the services that the firm provides.
Favori LLC is in charge of managing the Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu.
Further, the transport and civil aviation minister sought to reassure the Favori LLC group that plans regarding the expansion of the airport were progressing well.
The Somali government has pledged to develop, maintain, and expand the airport.
Favori LLC and the Somali government have already signed an agreement to that effect.
