Turkey continues to train 300 Somali National Army (SNA) soldiers on counter-terrorism strategies.
The soldiers traveled to Turkey earlier this year.
They are currently at the Counter Terrorism Training Command Center, which is in Isparta, a Turkish city located on the western side of the country.
The Turkish Ministry of Defense confirmed that the training is progressing nicely.
It issued a statement on March 1 commending the SNA soldiers for professionalism, dedication, discipline, and willingness to learn displayed during the training.
