President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey graced the passing out parade of Somali officers.
Eight Somali officers undertook serious training under the tutelage of experienced Turkish staff.
The training was at the College of Land, Sea, and Air officers.
The passing out ceremony was on Friday in Turkey.
