Two Civilians Killed in IED Explosion in the Outskirts of Mogadishu

Two civilians lost their lives when an improvised explosive device (IED) blasted through a district on the outskirts of Mogadishu.

The two individuals died in the IED explosion in Daynile District, Mogadishu on Thursday, November 3.

Security sources believe that terrorists had targeted a military vehicle and team that was passing by.

Several other people suffered injuries in the explosion that hits Mogadishu a few days after the nation’s capital experienced one of its deadliest attacks in history.

An October 29 attack left more than 110 people dead and over 300 others injured. The attack was at K-5 Junction in Mogadishu.
