Uganda has put forward a proposal for a political body to oversee Somalia’s stabilization efforts, emphasizing strong monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
Additionally, Uganda is calling for enhanced reconciliation between the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS), Federal Member States (FMS), and clan leaders to foster lasting peace and governance cohesion.
