The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) will convene soon to discuss the latest diplomatic developments in Horn of Africa.
A report from New York shows that the UNSC will hold an emergency meeting to discuss these developments.
Specifically, much of the focus would be on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that Ethiopia and Somaliland signed on January 1, 2024.
The MoU has left Somalia angry. In the meantime, there have been threats of war between Somalia and Ethiopia.
