The United States has reported killing 15 Al-Shabaab militants in a drone attack in Middle Shabelle.
US Africa Command (AFRICOM) mentioned killing some of the terrorists in a drone attack carried out on December 14.
AFRICOM then undertook another drone attack on December 17 that left a few other militants dead in the same region.
Seven Al-Shabaab terrorists died in the first attack before a further airstrike in the second operation left eight more dead.
Thus far, AFRICOM reported no civilian casualty had been involved in the two drone attacks.
