The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has helped to build three new schools in a Hiiraan district.
Funds from USAID and other partners helped to construct three schools in Mahaas, a district in the Hiiraan region.
Currently, the schools have provided over 1,000 students with access to quality education.
Local officials commended the role of USAID in ensuring that the students can now access education after years spent outside the classroom.
