One of Somalia’s veteran journalists has launched his online TV channel.
Mowliid Haji Abdi announced the establishment of his online TV channel that would be known as Horn Broadcasting Network (HBN).
In announcing the launching of HBN, Abdi also indicated that he would no longer be working with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC).
He announced the formation of HBN on Friday, July 29.
Abdi said that the new channel would focus on accentuating positive stories about Somalis in all genres including politics.
