A meeting held this week between the Federal Government of Somalia and Federal Member States agreed on the voting areas in the country.
During the meeting, the areas to be used by voters were unveiled.
In Puntland, voting would take place at Garowe and Bosaso. In Galmudug, Dhusamareb and Galkayo have been selected as the voting areas.
Jowhar and Beledweyne stand out as the places where voters can exercise their democratic right by voting for their preferred candidates.
In the Southwest state, voting is scheduled to take place in Baidoa and Barawe as the exercise proceeds at Kismayo and Garbaharey in Jubbaland.
