Warmer Than Normal Temperatures Expected in Somalia in the Next One Week

Somalia is to experience warmer-than-normal temperatures in the next seven days.

Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) announced this on May 17 through its Climate Prediction and Applications Center (ICPAC).

According to ICPAC, the higher-than-normal temperatures should last from May 17-24.

Moreover, this development would not be restricted to Somalia alone.

Instead, ICPAC expects other countries in the Horn of Africa region to experience this too. These countries include Sudan, Eritrea, and Djibouti.

Other nations expecting similar temperatures are Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda.
