The World Food Programme (WFP) has reiterated its commitment to Zero Hunger in Somalia.
WFP issued the latest report on its activities in Somalia.
It published a report dated April 11, 2023 on activities carried out in the Horn of Africa nation in 2022.
In the report, WFP said that it provided over 6.9 million people in the country with humanitarian assistance.
It also supported the federal government’s Baxnaano program through which 1.2 million Somalis received lifesaving interventions.
