World Children’s Day was celebrated in Mogadishu on Sunday.
The federal Ministry of Women and Human Rights Affairs organized the event held to celebrate children.
Globally, this event takes place every year on November 20.
Khadija M. Diriye, the Minister of Women and Human Rights Affairs, was the Chief Guest at Sunday’s event.
The event attracted guests from civil society and activists.
Officers from the federal government and local administration attended it too.
