Three members of a family lost their lives in a roadside explosion in Jowhar.
They died in an explosion that rocked Jowhar on Saturday.
Three others were injured and rushed to hospital for medical treatment.
The explosion is suspected to have been from an improvised explosive device (IED).
This attack comes hot on the heels of the one by Al-Shabaab at Lido Beach, Mogadishu.
