Mohamed Beenebeene has called upon the opponents of the amendments to the Provisional Constitution to express their opinions in parliament.
Beenebeene, the Minister of Planning, Investment, and Economic Development, specifically mentioned two former presidents of Somalia.
His views, which he shared with the media, were directed to ex-Presidents Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo and Sharif Sheikh Ahmed.
Beenebeene spoke shortly after a bicameral session of the federal parliament endorsed the amendments with the exception of four provisions.
He called upon the opponents to express their views in the Lower House at the earliest possible opportunity.
