The Governor of Benadir Region has traveled to Baghdad, Iraq.
Governor Yusuf Hussein Jimale Madale, who is also the Mayor of Mogadishu, traveled to the Iraqi capital on Tuesday.
Together with his delegation, Governor Madale will be attending a summit of representatives of all capital cities of Arab countries.
Several top Iraqi government officials were at the airport to welcome Governor Madale’s team.
These included Eng. Safaa Mohamed Mohamud, who is the representative of the Iraqi capital city.
