Acting Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Salah Jama officially opened the Somali Internet Governance Forum, organized by the Ministry of Communications and Technology, in Mogadishu.
The forum focused on key issues, including fostering collaboration among stakeholders, combating misinformation, and empowering Somali youth to actively contribute to a secure and inclusive digital future for the country.
The event, which Deputy Prime Minister Jama launched on Saturday, aims to strengthen Somalia’s digital infrastructure while ensuring responsible and sustainable internet governance.
