Bihi Egeh has commended the economic progress that Somalia has made in the last few years.
Egeh, the Minister of Finance, said this while delivering the keynote address at the 8th edition of the Somalia Economic Update.
In his speech, he mostly focused on the role that water plays in the nation’s economic development.
The World Bank organized and funded the Somalia Economic Update.
He was alongside Jama Taqal Abbas, the Minister of Energy and Water Resources, while addressing other participants on Thursday.
