Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Atty congratulated Somalia’s newly appointed Foreign Minister, Abdisalam Dhaay, in a phone call, reiterating Cairo’s commitment to Somalia’s security, stability, and counterterrorism efforts.
Both officials pledged to strengthen bilateral ties and enhance coordination in the Horn of Africa, according to an official statement.
