Employees of the Procurement Department at the Central Bank of Somaliland recently underwent a refresher training program.
Senior Central Bank officials joined them to offer the encouragement that the employees needed during the five-day refresher training.
These included Eng. Ali Abdillahi Dahir, who was present on the last day of training on Saturday.
Eng. Dahir, the Chairman of the Central Bank of Somaliland, encouraged the retrained employees to put their newly acquired knowledge to good use for the benefit of the institution and the public.
This training aimed to enhance their skills and knowledge in procurement processes, financial management, and compliance with international standards.
The program focused on best practices in procurement, ethical considerations, and improving transparency and efficiency in handling procurement activities.
Such initiatives are part of the Central Bank’s efforts to strengthen institutional capacity and ensure effective management of financial resources.
