The leader of Wadajir Party, Abdirahman Abdishakur, says the FGS is guilty of failure to bring all stakeholders in the country together.
Abdirahman says that failure is proving quite costly. The country continues to struggle with lack of consensus on important national issues that include security.
Lack of unity is also responsible for the inability to agree on the model the next elections must follow.
Abdirahman also says the disunity hinders the constitutional review process that has been proceeding for years.
Consequently, Wadajir Party’s leader believes it is time for the country’s international partners to intervene. He also called on the UN Security Council to reconsider their decision on Somalia.
