Brigadier General Abdullahi Muse Kamay has ordered security authorities to launch investigations into the disappearance of a female officer working for the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA).
Kamay’s order comes almost a month since Ikran Tahlil Farah went missing.
Farah disappeared without a trace on June 26, 2021, as per reports filed with security officials by her family.
Her family says that NISA owes them an explanation into Ikran’s whereabouts.
NISA is yet to comment on the female officer’s disappearance one month since she went missing.
It’s not clear whether the intelligence agency has conducted any investigation into one of its officer’s disappearance.
