The new United States Ambassador to Somalia arrived in Mogadishu to present his credentials.
US Ambassador-Designate Richard H. Rile was in the Somali capital city on Thursday.
He visited Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Fiqi.
Rile then submitted his credentials to the foreign affairs minister.
Fiqi welcomed the Ambassador-Designate and wished him well during his tour of duty.
