One person suffered injuries when a car bomb rocked Mogadishu on Thursday.
Police and eyewitnesses confirmed only one injury in the explosion that hit the Somali capital in the morning.
An eyewitness added that an improvised explosive device (IED) planted on a luxury car exploded in Hamarweyne, a Mogadishu district.
The wounded person is a woman.
Police officers who sealed the scene of the crime added that the injured woman was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
At the time of the incident, the woman was traveling in a Tuk-Tuk.
