A police commander was among those killed when clashes broke out in Bardale on Saturday.
According to some sources thee police officer, who was identified as Ali Borow, lost his life when Al-Shabaab attacked Bardale.
However, others state that he died in clashes between different militia.
Earlier in the day, there had been reports of an intense clash between different security forces in Bardale.
