Somalia’s security forces, in coordination with Jubbaland State regional troops, have successfully carried out a targeted operation eliminating an Al-Shabaab bomb expert known as “Goobe” and his guards.
The operation, led by the Somali National Army’s elite DANAB special forces, was meticulously planned and executed on Thursday in Jubbaland State.
This marks a significant achievement in the ongoing efforts to dismantle Al-Shabaab’s operational capabilities in the region.
