The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) warns that a tropical cyclone might soon hit the shores of the country.
A warning published on Tuesday by SODMA indicates that the cyclone is already brewing in the Indian Ocean.
According to the agency, the cyclone will start making its way towards Somalia in the next few days.
Consequently, it has warned the residents of the coastal sections of Jubbaland and Southwest regional states to expect the worst.
