Istanbul, Türkiye – Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdisalam Ali, participated in an emergency meeting of Arab League foreign ministers on Friday in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The session, convened at the request of Iraq, focused on escalating tensions between Iran and Israel and their impact on regional peace and stability.
Ali joined his counterparts in discussing diplomatic measures to de-escalate the situation and promote dialogue to prevent further destabilization across the Middle East.
The Arab League pledged to continue its efforts toward safeguarding regional security amid the growing crisis.
