Somalia and Tanzania plan to strengthen their diplomatic relations.
Abdisaid Muse Ali, Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, said this during a phone call with his Tanzanian counterpart.
Ali and Ambassador Liberata Mulamula held a phone conversation on January 21.
The phone call is part of Ali’s continuing international engagement with leaders and ministers from other nations.
During Friday’s call, Ali informed Ambassador Mulamula that Somalia is interested in improving its relations with its East African neighbor.
