CHANGSHA, China – Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdisalam Ali, arrived in Changsha, central China’s Hunan Province, to attend the Ministerial Meeting of Coordinators on the Implementation of the Follow-up Actions of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).
The high-level meeting, scheduled from June 10 to 12, brings together senior officials from across Africa and China to assess progress and strengthen cooperation under the FOCAC framework.
The gathering is part of ongoing efforts to enhance diplomatic, economic, and development ties between China and African nations.
Abdisalam is expected to engage in key bilateral discussions and promote Somalia’s development priorities within the forum’s strategic partnerships.
