Somalia’s Ministry of Health launched a three-day high-level intergovernmental meeting on December 21.
During the workshop, several leaders of ministries under the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) are scheduled to speak.
The leaders would mostly speak about their departments’ plans.
Furthermore, they would also review, discuss, and agree on the key functions of the FGS vis-à-vis those of the Federal Member States (FMS).
Health officials from the federal and regional state health ministries are expected to attend the coordination workshop.
