Somalia’s Planning Minister in Discussions with JICA’s Vice President in Tunis

Somalia’s Minister of Planning, Investment, and Economic Development held discussions with the Vice President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The meeting between Mohamud Beenebeene and Yamanaka Shinichi took place on August 28 in Tunis, Tunisia.

Beenebeene and a Somali delegation under the leadership of Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre are in Tunis for the 8th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD).

He met with JICA’s Vice President Shinichi on the sidelines of the ongoing conference, which runs from August 27-28.
