Governor Ali Jeyte of Hiiraan has commended locals for supporting the ongoing fight against terrorists in the region.
The Governor visited the residents of Tardo village in Hiiraan on Friday.
He visited them immediately upon returning from Mogadishu where he had been on an official visit for the last two days.
During his time at Tardo, Governor Jeyte lauded the locals for their bravery against terrorists.
He commended them for supporting the regional and federal government’s war on terror too.
Furthermore, Governor Jeyte urged the locals not to stop until all terrorists are eradicated from the region completely.
