Khalif Abdi Omar, Minister of Trade and Industry in the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS), held a meeting with the Somali business community in Ankara, Turkey.
The trade minister has been in the European nation for the last few days.
During the meeting, he commended the businesspeople for representing Somalia well in Turkey.
Somalia has a huge presence among the business community in Turkey.
Omar urged the Somali community to stay more united as a solution for staying out of trouble and respecting Turkey’s laws.
He promised the Somali business community that his ministry would continue monitoring their situation and address any pending problems that they have.
