Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre has launched a rural empowerment project in Mogadishu.
The Prime Minister launched the project dubbed “Baqwaaqo” on Tuesday.
World Bank is the main financier of the project that seeks to empower rural parts of the region. It also endeavors to boost livestock and agricultural production.
