Several Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) officials traveled to Ethiopia on Wednesday to attend the African Risk Capacity forum.
Mahamuud Moallim, the SODMA Commissioner, led the team from the agency.
They will attend the 14th session of the African Risk Capacity forum, which is made possible through the African Union (AU).
SODMA’s Khadar Mohamed Nur chaired today’s session.
Representatives from 39 African countries were at the forum that seeks to strengthen disaster risk management on the continent.
