10 People Injured in the Las Anod Clashes Flown to Mogadishu for Treatment

Ten people who were critically injured in the ongoing clashes in Las Anod have been flown to Mogadishu for treatment.

The plane carrying them arrived at the Aden Adde International Airport on Thursday.

Abdullahi Ali Timo-Cadde, the Deputy Speaker of the Senate (Upper House) was at the airport to receive the injured.

Mahamuud Moallim, the Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA), was at the airport to receive them too.
