109 Somali Nationals Repatriated from Yemen

The Somali government, in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), successfully repatriated 109 Somali nationals from Yemen on Tuesday.

Among the returnees were children.

They arrived at Aden Abdulle International Airport in Mogadishu, marking another significant step in Somalia’s efforts to assist its citizens stranded abroad.

This repatriation initiative highlights the ongoing partnership between the Somali government and international organizations to support displaced individuals and promote reintegration.
