Somalia has reported eight more deaths related to the deadly COVID-19 that continues to ravage the country.
On April 6, the Ministry of Health released the latest COVID-19 updates.
In the updates, the health ministry mentioned that the East African nation has now seen COVID-19 fatalities reach 576.
Meanwhile, confirmed COVID-19 cases have now increased to 11,978 after 70 new patients tested positive.
Currently, Somalia is enduring the second wave of the disease.
Total recoveries increased to 5,058 after 41 new people recovered from the disease.
