The Office of the Auditor-General has called upon Finland to investigate possible misappropriation of financial aid to Somalia.
AG Ahmed Gutale wrote to Finland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs asking the Finnish authorities to investigate the misappropriation of funds that the country donated to Somalia in 2021.
Furthermore, the Office of the AG also appealed to the Finn Church Aid (FCA) to launch similar investigations into the same matter.
