Auditor-General Ahmed Gutale has submitted the latest audit reports to the federal parliament.
Gutale submitted the reports on Monday.
He thanked President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre for the support they accorded to his office during the entire auditing process.
He also hailed his office for submitting the audit reports to both houses of parliament on the same day.
Gutale said the Office of the Auditor-General had never submitted the reports to both houses of parliament at once.
Copies of the Annual Compliance Audit Report and Annual Financial Audit Report were sent to the Office of the President and the Office of the Prime Minister too.
