The Benadir Regional Appeals Court started hearing a case involving 36 foreigners accused of illegally fishing in Somalia.
The 36 foreigners of different nationalities had already been sentenced to several years imprisonment.
However, they appealed the sentencing.
Consequently, the Benadir Regional Appeals Court allowed the proceedings to commence in the court on Monday.
