The Child Sensitive Social Protection Program has been launched in Baidoa.
It was launched on Thursday through the joint efforts of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), KfW International, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
The program has three components designed to help families around the nation.
It links families to specific social services while providing monetary assistance. The new program also strengthens the system to enable the effective protection of Somali children.
