Discussions between the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have entered the third day.
The discussions, which kicked off on August 16, are taking place in Istanbul, Turkey.
On Thursday, the Governor of the Central Bank of Somalia (CBS), updated IMF staff on numerous issues and programs.
Mostly, Abdirahman Mohamed, the CBS Governor, updated the Fund on the developments made in the financial sector.
He also brought the IMF staff up to speed on the reforms that CBS has undertaken in Somalia.
