The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Ethiopia and Somaliland is great for the former’s maritime industry.
Abdulber Shemsu, the Director-General of the Ethiopian Maritime Authority (EMA), says that his organization will be the biggest beneficiary of the MoU.
“The deal between Ethiopia and Somaliland is great for our organization,” said DG Shemsu.
He added that the agreement would create huge opportunities for the maritime authority to accomplish its mandate more effectively.
